Joshua Reid Grossman is an associate attorney at Dycio & Biggs, representing clients in criminal defense, civil and commercial litigation, and corporate matters. With experience on both sides of the courtroom—as a former prosecutor and defense attorney—Joshua offers clients a balanced, strategic perspective to achieve the best possible outcomes.
Joshua earned his Juris Doctor from George Mason University’s Antonin Scalia Law School in 2021, where he served on the Moot Court Board and Trial Advocacy Team. He holds a B.S. in Legal Studies with a Minor in Criminal Justice and a specialization in Individual Liberties from the University of Central Florida (2017).
Prior to joining Dycio & Biggs, Joshua worked for the Fairfax County Commonwealth’s Attorney’s Office as an Assistant Commonwealth’s Attorney—where he prosecuted cases ranging from DWI and traffic offenses to domestic violence, violent crimes, and financial fraud. Before his time with the Commonwealth's Attorney's Office, Joshua worked in private practice at a boutique law firm in Sterling, Virginia, focusing on both criminal defense and civil litigation.
Joshua is admitted to practice in Virginia and the District of Columbia and is an active member of the Fairfax Bar Association.
Outside of work, Joshua enjoys cooking, trying new recipes, and exploring local breweries and wineries with his wife. He is also a proud pet parent to two beloved fur babies.
