Shannon Nichols-Driver joined Dycio & Biggs in 2026 as Office Manager, overseeing the firm’s day-to-day financial and administrative operations. She brings more than seven years of experience in operations, finance, human resources, and client service, with a dependable, detail-oriented approach to keeping a busy office running smoothly.
Shannon began her career at The Inn at Little Washington, where her work grew from guest reservations into leadership across guest relations, revenue strategy, and team development. As Guest Relations Manager, she guided the front office and reservations teams, managed budgets and payroll, and coached staff to deliver service at an exceptional level. Her years in hospitality shaped a people-first mindset, grounded in listening closely, anticipating needs, and making every person feel valued. She then moved into the nonprofit sector, where she served as Director of Operations and Administration. In that role she oversaw accounts payable and receivable, reconciliation, budgeting, financial reporting, and payroll, along with HR, contracts, compliance, and Board support. She also developed the procedures that kept the organization efficient and accountable.
At Dycio & Biggs, Shannon handles the firm’s bookkeeping and financial records alongside its administrative operations, working closely with the attorneys so that financial and office matters are handled promptly and accurately. She brings the same care to clients and colleagues alike. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Radford University.
When she’s not at work, Shannon enjoys spending time with her husband and her golden retriever, Teddy.
